Return Policy
Items purchased from DCR may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, an alternative item or credit*, provided:

The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it; and

The item is in its original packaging (if applicable)​

*DCR Inspection Systems Ltd reserves the right to charge an administration/restocking fee of no more than 10% of the purchase price of a returned item.

In order to return an item, please send both the item/s in question, a copy of your receipt/invoice and a short letter stating whether you require a refund, a replacement item or credit to:

Please ensure items are returned to the address above and not to the manufacturer.

Any shipping fees paid to DCR Inspection Systems Ltd are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund issued.

You will be responsible for returning any items/s to DCR Inspection Systems Ltd and for paying the associated costs.
Timescales
We will determine if a refund is to be issued within 3 working days of the item having arrived at our premises. Following a refund having been processed, it should appear in your account within 5-10 working days.
Faulty goods
In the event that the goods you receive are faulty, DCR will replace or repair the item accordingly. As the process for faulty items differs to a standard return, please contact us by calling 01443 841540 or emailing sales@draincamerarepairs.co.uk.
